Sheila Gill is a certified, licensed massage practitioner and has been certified in "Acu-Yoga" (Developed by Michael Reed Grach) through the Accupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA. She has been teaching since 1995.
Professor Montanha - Montanha has been practicing Capoeira since 1996, training with Mestres Preguica, Beicola, and Carlos Aceituno before finding Mestre Urubu in San Francisco. In addition to his Master, Mestre Urubuâ€™s teachings, Montanha has traveled to Capoeira events and Batizados in the United States, learning from many more of the great masters from Brasil. In 2007, Montanha traveled to Brazil to train and experience Capoeirence in its homeland. In 2008 Montanha was recognized for his accomplishments at Capoeira USA's Formatura e Troca de CordĂµes, where he graduated as a "Professor" of Capoeira.
A certified group fitness instructor with the American Council on Exercise and CPR certified, I have experience teaching salsa dance, boot camp, hi/lo aerobics, sculpt, step aerobics, and pilates. Over the last twelve years I have taught fitness classes at various gyms including Pacifica Athletic Center, Bally's Total Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness. I keep in shape by working out five to six days a week and am always trying to find new ways to make fitness fun.
